Terms of service

These terms govern use of leahbarnes.me and purchases of ready-made digital spreadsheet products from Leah Barnes. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms applicable when purchased and applicable law. Custom services are not currently offered for purchase.

Products and orders

The product page describes the files, worksheet capacity, supported software and price. Examples use fictional data. Spreadsheet software is not included. Products marked “Coming soon” cannot be purchased.

Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers. Successful payment is required before access is supplied. We may cancel an order if we cannot provide the product and will refund the amount paid for any unavailable product.

Delivery and support

Our Digital Delivery Policy explains download access. Ready-made downloads require no project intake and include no bespoke production or revision allowance. Contact support@eiteniichu.resend.app for download or file problems. Our Refund Policy and applicable law govern cancellations and refunds.

Use of templates

Review formulas and results for your own circumstances and keep backups. Templates are organizational tools; they do not collect money, send reminders or connect to accounts. They do not replace accounting, tax, financial or legal advice or guarantee business results.

After full payment, you may use and edit the purchased templates for yourself, your team and client projects. You may not resell or redistribute the blank templates, including as part of another template collection or product. Ownership of the underlying reusable templates remains with Leah Barnes. This license does not reduce rights granted for earlier purchases under the terms that applied to those purchases.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate checkout information, use only information you are entitled to process, and do not misuse the site, infringe others’ rights or distribute malware. Avoid emailing passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers and changes

Store operation and delivery rely on Shopify and other service providers. Outages may delay access. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; mandatory legal requirements continue to apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Massachusetts and applicable federal law govern only to the extent consistent with mandatory protections applicable to the customer.
