Shipping policy

Leah Barnes sells ready-made downloadable spreadsheet templates. No physical item is shipped and no physical shipping fee applies. Custom services are not currently available to purchase.

Before purchase

Read the product page for the included files, worksheet capacity and supported software. Spreadsheet software is not included. Examples contain fictional data. Products marked “Coming soon” are not available to purchase.

Delivery

For products available to purchase, a download link is supplied electronically after successful payment. Use an accessible email address at checkout and check spam or filtered folders if you cannot find the order or download message. No project intake or custom-production step is required for a ready-made download.

Download the ZIP archive, extract its contents and read the included instructions before editing the workbook. Keep a backup of your downloaded files and working copies. The templates do not collect payments, send reminders or connect to your accounts.

Payment review, provider outages or a delivery error may delay access. If you cannot find or open a download, email support@eiteniichu.resend.app with your order number and checkout email address. We will verify the order before restoring access. Do not send card details or passwords.

File or delivery problems are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
