Privacy policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Leah Barnes (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Scituate, Massachusetts, United States, operates leahbarnes.me and offers downloadable spreadsheet products. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit the store, make a purchase or contact us.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with the store, information may include your name and contact information; the products purchased, payment and order status, transaction identifiers and download-delivery records; support messages and refund requests; and device or usage information such as IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers and pages viewed through Shopify and enabled integrations.

Shopify and its payment providers process payment-card details. Do not send card numbers, passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive information to support. You do not need to send us the contents of your working spreadsheet to use a purchased template. If you request help, describe the issue or use a fictional example where possible.

How we use information

We use information to process and verify orders, provide download access, respond to support and refund requests, prevent fraud and duplicate fulfillment, investigate failures, maintain operational and financial records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use customer contact information for unsolicited bulk outreach.

Service providers and disclosures

Service providers process information needed for the relevant functions:

  • Shopify and payment providers support the store, checkout, payment, order records and digital-product delivery.
  • Cloudflare hosts our order-routing and support-processing application.
  • Supabase stores operational and support-event records.
  • Resend receives and sends support and transactional email.

Our music-download routing and standard support processing do not use generative AI to produce customer deliverables or replies. Standard support guidance may be automated; issues needing judgment are referred for review. Support-message metadata and retrieved message bodies are encrypted in our operational storage; this does not mean that email is end-to-end encrypted.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization.

Shopify processing and enhanced services

Shopify also processes information about use of the store to operate and improve its services. Shopify and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Enabled Shopify features may use interactions with this store and other merchants for security, personalization, analytics or advertising services.

For Shopify's processing, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify privacy requests can also be submitted at privacy.shopify.com.

Cookies, advertising and privacy choices

Shopify and enabled providers may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, security, preferences, analytics, personalization and legally permitted advertising. Where a consent banner is displayed, you can use it to manage the choices offered. Browser settings can also control cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect checkout or other store features.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of processing or sharing used for targeted advertising. Available store choices are provided at Your privacy choices. Where applicable, supported Global Privacy Control signals are recognized by Shopify's privacy controls. Contact us if you cannot access a privacy choice or need assistance.

Retention and security

Retention depends on why the information was collected, ongoing support or dispute needs, applicable accounting and legal requirements and service-provider retention. Contact us to request deletion or information about a record. A request may be subject to verification and lawful retention requirements; we do not promise immediate or automatic erasure of every provider copy.

We use safeguards such as restricted access and encrypted support-event storage. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Contact support@eiteniichu.resend.app to submit a request or appeal. We may need to verify your identity and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and international processing

The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information in connection with a purchase. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer protections apply where required.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The current version and update date will appear here.
