Refund policy

These terms apply to the ready-made spreadsheet downloads sold by Leah Barnes. No physical item is shipped or returned. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms that applied to those purchases and applicable law.

Download or file problems

If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its product description, contact support@eiteniichu.resend.app with your order number, checkout email address, spreadsheet application and a description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive workbook data.

We will review the problem and help restore access, correct or replace the affected file, or provide an appropriate refund. This does not limit any remedy you are entitled to by law. There is no seven-day cutoff for reporting a defect under this policy.

Cancellation and other refund requests

Contact us if you purchased by mistake, purchased the same item twice, or want to cancel. We review requests individually, including whether access was provided and the circumstances of the purchase. Downloading a file does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. We do not promise an automatic change-of-mind refund in every case.

If we cannot supply a product you paid for, we will refund the amount paid for that unavailable product.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through Shopify to the original payment method. We will notify you when a refund is initiated. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content or any applicable right to cancel.
